RePaint v3

Repaint is free offline painting app with main features:
- tablet support; GPU resolver for notebooks
- native 16bit painting
- shader based brush engine, every parameter modulated.
- non-destructive layer transformations 
- seamless texture painting
- Vulcan based Matte extraction, Upscaler and local stable diffusion support (use local NNServer)
- fully offline, no bloat, no ads, no data collection, does not require internet access. written in CPP and Raylib. Tailored to be crossplatform.
